Starcorp Energy offers FREE EMBEDDED NETWORK MANAGER
services to all our buildings. Initially by the 1st of December 2017 then postponed till the 31st of March 2018, Embedded Networks over 30 lots are required to appoint, an Embedded Network Manager (ENM). This requirement has come into effect because of the Power of Choice (PoC) regulations introduced by the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) and the Australian Energy Regulator (AER).
The purpose of the PoC regulations is to ensure that all electricity customers, have access to the electricity retailer of their choice. The ENM must be accredited by AEMO, a process that ensures the ENM can deliver the technical and financial management support to the customers they serve within the embedded networks they manage. The role of the ENM is to assist customers in an embedded network to go “on-market” if this is the option they choose.
Please note - all ENM prices are included in our retail rates
